1. Email
Email is the reliable way to reach us: legal@example.com. Use it for support, refunds, privacy requests, legal notices and abuse reports. Please write from the address of your account and give the order number if your message is about an order. We read messages as soon as we can.
2. Chat on the site
You can ask questions in the chat on the home page. The assistant is software: it answers questions about proxies, prices and your own orders. At present it cannot change an order, issue a refund, or pass your message on to a person. For anything that needs a decision of the operator, write by email.
3. Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use, write to the same address from your account email. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
4. Abuse reports
If you believe that proxies sold through Hopmind are being used for abuse or for something illegal, write to the same address with the IP address, the time (with time zone) and what you observed. We look into every report and may suspend the proxies concerned.

Legal notices and documents addressed to us can be sent by email, or by post to the address shown at the top of this page.
