How to set up a proxy
Proxies are issued in the format host:port:login:password, as HTTP(S) by default; if your proxy has a separate SOCKS5 port, it is listed in your order. Pick a program or a language to get the steps and examples.
Anti-detect browsers
- Dolphin{anty}: Add an HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 proxy to a Dolphin{anty} profile and check the connection.
- AdsPower: Set up an HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 proxy in an AdsPower profile and verify it with the Check Proxy button.
- Multilogin: Add an HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5 proxy to a Multilogin profile and verify it with the Check proxy button.
- GoLogin: Add an HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 proxy to a GoLogin profile and check the connection status.
- Octo Browser: Add an HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 proxy to an Octo Browser profile and verify it with the Check proxy button.
- Incogniton: Add an HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 proxy to the Incogniton Proxy Library and attach it to a profile on the Proxy tab.
- Kameleo: Set up an HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 proxy in the Connection block of a Kameleo profile and verify it with the Test proxy button.
- MoreLogin: Add an HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5 proxy in MoreLogin through Add Proxy or through Edit Proxy in a profile.
- Undetectable: Add an HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 proxy to an Undetectable profile through New proxy and verify it with the Check Proxy button.
- Linken Sphere: Add an HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy to Linken Sphere through the session's Connection block or through Proxy Manager.
Browsers
- Google Chrome: Chrome uses the system proxy settings; for login and password authentication the SwitchyOmega extension is convenient.
- Mozilla Firefox: Firefox's own proxy settings: manual setup and login and password authentication.
- Microsoft Edge: Edge is built on Chromium: it takes its proxy from the Windows settings, and an extension works for login and password.
- Proxy SwitchyOmega: An extension for Chromium browsers and Firefox: proxy profiles with a login and password and quick switching.
Operating systems
